Well here we are at Brisbane Airport and very pleased to say - no passport dilemmas!!!! Yes they letting me out of the country this time.
Mike was doing his duty by ensuring it was safe for us to leave the country after the latest "credible threat". Plane leaves at 9pm and in true Trish Bassett style, we were at the airport by 430pm after catching the train up from the coast, hope our future train trips are a bit more exciting than that one!

Good to see they allowed you to leave the country, we'll miss you both!! You'd be in Budapest by now I presume (if they let you IN the country). Hope the hotel Gary picked is up to your usual standards and you are able to catch up on some sleep before you hit the streets. Enjoy!! Love Pam and Vernon
